Talk about milestones, 100,000 words is a big one! It took four months and two days of the challenge to reach six figures and I’m so, so pleased. I still get amazed at how quickly the words add up in the total column when I write my little bit every day.
My other hope for the week was to put the words THE END at the finish of the War & Quel manuscript. That little honour will have to wait another week as I fell just short. That aside, all is good with the manuscript. I am a stone’s throw from the end and I have all my notes ready to smash out an edit once the MS is done.
So, hopefully this time next week I’ll have another milestone under my belt and begin smashing on with the Apocalypse 2 manuscript.
